I think he could be a "Chimera" cross - you see what you want to in him. Bottom line is that he's handsome, and his temperament sounds awsome. I love the picture in the snow! Maybe you could get him in into TV commercial work.

;D Yes, I agree with all of you....who cares what he is..he's beautiful, and as long as he is a great dog!!
Doesn't everyone who has a mix look, study and wonder what it is though? I know I do! My BC *mix*, for instance. The Rescue said they thought BC/Golden because of his big plume of a tail, but I don't see any Golden at all!! I think BC/Aussie, but he's the sweetest dog alive too, so I don't speculate much anymore! God only knows what all he is! ;D

Nicki, once you get a digital camera you will never stop taking pics and will love it. With a photo printer maybe $200.00 you can print great quality pictures and upload memory cards to your computer. I can help you select good ones...For printer I recommend Epson, and camera...Canon all the way baby! The S400 with 3x optical zoom and 4 MP is one of the ones I have, it is about the size of a pack of cigarettes but smells much better It's easy to use and takes awesome pictures which I would put against any camera in point and shoot class. I will help you if you want. I am here for you. ;D I am so happy that Petey is working out so well for you, he is very lucky!

Thanks everyone. Jay I may just take you up on your offer. It isn't the selection so much as the implementation into the computer. I am a complete techno tard and I hate reading manuals. But I think it is time I conquered this. Petey is really doing so well. I thought he would be depressed...missing his owner...but I haven't seen any signs. He just hangs with me and wags his tail whenever I look at him. Reign was a bit more independent. This guy just wants to be where I am. I have been exercising the snot out of him. So far no destruction or accidents. And he is fine to be left alone (I am still using a crate) while I am out. I hope the honeymoon never ends. Oh and he met my next door neighbors kids. He was so gentle. Thank goodness. We are going to start some training now. He has really preoccupied me so that I am less depressed than I would be about missing Reign. I talk to Reign on the phone everyday. My brother says Reign is somewhat depressed but they are preoccupying him and doing lots of fun things and he is settling in fine.

And help you post pics and people on the net, not that I have ever done that...inside joke.... LOL ;D Boxerman ducking as flying objects approach.... ;D
