First Health and Happiness to all, 5 exams done for school lol 10 more to go lol "sigh" lol
Met up with my new neighbors today, I had met them before over a year ago. They were driving down my fence line to get to their property and we walked down there and explained to them it was not a road that we owned ajoining properties. Very nice people. Later on I watch the husband out doing donuts on his property (hey to each their own right) but he tried to drive through my property again and I just happened to be out in the barn and saw him coming, so I walked over to waved him to stop he did, I said I thought we already talked about this and granted he was about 500 more feet from the main road, but I stood my ground that the behavior was not acceptable and he needed to turn around, go back and leave out through his own property, he tried to get around me and I steped infront of his vehicle, he was upset and gave me some words etc.. etc... but he did turn around and did it correctly..
It's been over a year since I have seen either of them out here, when I saw them today, he was again driving across other peoples land to get to a road. When he saw me he jumped out his vehicle saying he had permission which I didn't even know who they were at that moment to know they had driven across property I only saw them on the road.
I was talking to his wife and their dog was sticking his head through the driver window and making a fuss from the back seat. I really don't notice bad behavior anymore lol just continued to talk to her cause it didn't bother me it's their dog I wasn't offended. The guy started punching the dog on the side with his fist, and kept attempting to cover it's head with a vest or somehting. I was aware what he was doing and more aware that the dog was not in his control. Just kept talking to his wife talking about that they were going to start building. The guy still trying to cover the dogs head, made the comment that he had a dog for my dogs to meet, and I totally ignored it, as if he hadn't said anything at all and continued to respond to his wife. Said my good byes and we both parted...
The dog he had was a pit pull, beautiful dog, I do love the breed. Unfortunet that the dog is a trained or being trained for dog fighting, his miss attempt to cover the head (blind folding for control/calmness) is a sign for it. like I said I was fully aware and took it all in, not looking forward to that type of mentality moving in behind me especially if they do not fence or detain an un natrual altered dog like he has. Will make the point I am highly against "Dog Fighting or the training of overly aggressive behaviors" Just peeved right now to know what I might have to deal with in a year when they move out here bewildered you can't move far enough away from mentalities like that...
