I believe what they say in the article and I think that Sunny is a prime example. I have mentioned this before. He is abnormally tall with abnormally skinny long legs that to me appear to have an odd angle. He looks feminine. I have never had anyone say to me what is HIS name. It is always, without exception, SHE is so pretty. What is her name. He has no muscle bulk. He weighs 95 lbs and I can handle him with no problem whatsoever strength wise because he does not have the secondary muscle bulk of a mature male. He cannot pull me unless he is already running and I only weigh 112lbs. His rear end is higher than the front of him. His hips are not great either. It is my understanding that he was neutered at less than 5 months of age.

I had never seen it put into the context of bone development and muscle mass and structural soundness before. Not a case for not desexing, but maybe some reasons for waiting until maturity, particularly for working or sport dogs.
