I did my best. I managed to keep the hamster from catching it, my highest priority, as hamsters can die from these kinds of things.
But my dog? DAMMIT. I've been working hard core the last couple days and Mom finally told me she's noticed Zoe rubbing her eye and face lately, more so than usual.
I took a good look at her eye and her whites are pink and she's runny.
Gaaaaaaaaargh.
At least I have sheltercare. Or, I think I do. I never received word they received her wellness report, but they've been taking my money and never formally ended coverage, so I'll resend the wellness report before making my claim.
I'm not sure what I can do to ease her pain.

I'm not sure what I can do to ease her pain. Personally, I don't mess around with stuff like this and get them to the Vet asap.

I checked her out this morning and her eyes aren't runny any more, slightly pink, but not as pink as they were last night. I'm going to watch her throughout the day.
If she isn't significantly improved tomorrow, to the vet we go.

I thought with Pink Eye (Conjunctivitis) you have to have antibiotics to get rid of it. I thought it doesn't go away unless??

You're right, which has me wondering what bothered her eyes in the first place. I checked them out again tonight, no discharge, no pink whatsoever. I think I'm going crazy...

Probably just allergies...

It's definitely allergies. She's been fine for the last couple days, no runny eyes, pink eyes, or anything else. And I've been checking her multiple times a day much to her dismay. Tonight, she's shaking her head like mad, specifically, her ears, pawing at them, and her eyes are a little bit more liquidy than usual. Her food is Eagle Pack Holistic, we switched to it specifically due to her, ah, intestinal... er.. drippies due to Innova. The food has two ingredients minus a few necessary items. She's been on it for over a month. The other things we're trying to figure out are: Cigarettes (not me..parental ), high pollen count, and dust. ...In she goes...

All right, after watching her all weekend.... I'm 95% sure it's my father's cigarette smoke that is causing her problems. Nothing else in her environment changed for five days other than my parents left and she was fine. I told my mother that when I'm at work and Zoe's in the room with them, to watch her for any symptoms.
I can't get my father to cut back but I don't want to put her on medication at 7 months old, either...
