My new girl Moosie threw up some yellow thick stuff yesterday, and today at the same time. She hasn't been eating very well since she has been a bit nervous. Should I be worried or what? I just have kibble right now, and she doesn't really care for it. I will have to find something better to feed her soon.

I'd be alert but not alarmed, yet. Are you absolutely sure she's not getting into any garden products or chemicals or other substances that she shouldn't be? Blood and bone meal fertilizer for plants can cause yellow vomit if the dog eats it, and most dogs will.
For an puppy, I'd say consult a vet, because repeat vomiting can quickly dehydrate and pups have little resistence to a range of illnesses. Since she's an adult, assess her attitude, energy, eyes, nose, gum color and appetite for something desireable, like cheese or a piece of hotdog. If all of those indicators are good, you can watch and wait a while. But don't hesistate to contact your vet if she acts listless, starts panting heavily or just seems off.
It may well be just stomach upset from the stress of the move. Rice and chicken are generally easily digested and recommended for distressed digestive systems. It's unlikely she's reacting to the kibble, but you should try to get her on something high quality as soon as possible. A teaspoon or so of yoghurt on the kibble may help.

Great suggestions. Yes she does have an appetite for treats, or bits of my NY strip steak I was eating. Once a day, if I sit with her I can usually get her to eat maybe 2 cups of Purina Beneful, but that is not enough.
I am making an appointment at the vet today hopefully, but I will try the yogurt and rice and chicken.

Purina Beneful is a horrible food. The first ingredient is corn followed by chicken by products (by products are waste) and then more corn. It has no meat and has sugar and salt two ingredients to make it taste better but which are not good for the dog.
These are better kibble and meat based. EVO (Natura), Innova (Natura), Canidae, Eagle Pack, Solid Gold, Wysong, Wellness, Natures Variety, Chicken Soup for the dog lovers soul. Evo is the best in my opinion followed by Innova.
I hope your pup feels better.

Nicki is right about Beneful. My Vet told me he has had a lot of dogs coming in who are on Beneful and who are mal-nourished. Please don't feed it to your dog.
Usually when a dog vomits yellow bile it is because their stomach is empty and/or they have eaten something they can't digest and they are getting rid of that.

Thanks for the list of quality dog foods. I am new to all of this so I just picked up the food I had seen the commercial for. I am going to pick up some new food today, I hope I can find one that you listed. I have been reading about raw, but I am not sure I am ready to take that plunge yet, and I am just a poor college student. Moosie did pretty well at the vet, and they said it was just nervousness and/or not having anything on her stomach. No heartworms, looks like we are all set. ;D

If it was kinda foamy it may just be an empty stomach. My dogs if I skip a meal or wait to long to feed soemtimes they will vomit up yellow foamy bile. The quicky remits with feeding and doesn't come back again unless a meal is skipped. I thought of this because you said she was not eating well.

Today she did not throw up, likely because she ate two times today.

This will probably correct on its own as long as she is eating regularly. To correct the problem long term I have changed up how and when I feed my dogs on.
I had been feeding them on a pretty regular schedule 7am and 7pm. This caused them to get used to being fed a certain times and start producing stomach acids and other digestive enzymes. If I didn't feed them at the "right" time, the acid and enzymes would upset their stomachs and then I would get a yellow foamy present.
I switched to a raw diet and started mixing up when I feed them and how much. Some days they get a huge meal and then nothing for a day or more. Biggish meals one day and then small the next. Some days 2 small meals. It just depends on what I have available and how much time I have. For the first couple of weeks I had frequent "presents" but it has all but subsided and I only get it about once every 2 months or so.

Karma used to do this every morning and she was even eating regularly. I had to cook chicken and rice for her, and then even that didn't work after a bit.
I switched over to Science Diet Sensitive Stomach and she's been fine ever since... but boy are bile stains a pain to get out of the carpet! ;D
Just a thought in case the situation doesn't improve....
