Magic has really got a case of the pouts lately. ???Her NILIF is on hard core and she gets away with nothing. We have licked many of her problems already. I accept no unwanted behavior and now she sits on the floor and gives me those (but mama I just wanted to.....) eyes. Sorry kid but you have to learn. When I want you by me I'll call you otherwise go lay down by yourself. She has begun to test the rules now that the intital shock is over. I ask for a sit and stay before she gets out of her crate. She will wait a full minute before she finally decides to sit down and then I walk away from the open door of the crate for about five feet, wait another minute or so before I call her to me to be greeted. The ears are down and if that bottom lip comes out any further she's gonna trip on it. But we are winning. She doesn't try to bolt out of the crate anymore and knows she can't come out till she sits and stays till I call her. It's so funny to watch her, you can see her little mind working, should I try it, naw maybe not she looks really mad today......... LOL I LOVE THIS She's never reacted this way with me before. Mom has been able to walk her on leash down the street and if she encounters a bicycle and Magic want's to lunge she just gives her a little pop and tells her to stop and Magic sits right down and watches the bikes go by her. I'm impressed as all get out. It's taken such a short time. We aren't out of the woods yet, but it's a lot better than it was.

That is really great news. I smiled when you said that she has never acted like this way with you before. That is the beginning of respect. A dogs respect is the equivalent to a humans love. It doesn’t come easily and there is nothing quite like it in the world. Keep up the good work. Oh and if she pouts tell her to get over herself. Remember she is a mere peasant. You are the queen. ;D ;D
