ever since my chihuahua had her puppies... rockys non stop jumping on my window he also tore my screen off i told him no and i hit his head with a news paper any advice?

Hitting is not a correction Rocky would understand. If you want to correct him in the act of doing something wrong, a leash correction on a training collar, or verbal correction like PHOOEY, BAHHH, or BAAAAD are more meaningful choices.
Are you ignoring him and keeping him outside since the arrival of the puppies? Sheppys need to be part of the family action and want to be able to see what's going on. Can you describe the situation a little?

yea i can sorry it was short my mom was telling and rushing me to get off the computer ok.. well no i havent been ignoring him i go out there alot to play with him and well lets see... when im outside he whines cause he hears me... the fenced area where he is at is on the side of the house and he hears me and jumps on my window and scratches on it like he wants to get in but he cant because my chihuahua will freak! when he jumps on my window i tell him no rocky and he gets down but lately he hasnt gotten down he stays there. he going to be one soon very very soon but i dont want him to make jumping on the window a habbit... does that help? ;D
