For all you who want to start helping rescues – I have something for someone to do!!! Actually, I’m begging someone to help me . Right now, we use WebTV for our website, it’s $25/month, and I’d like to get rid of it if possible. Petfinder offers free webhosting. 15mb. It allows additional pages, pictures, logs, apps using FTP or HTML. Now, I know some HTML, but, I don’t think I know how to create additional pages with it! Our apps are easy because they aren’t files, they are a different website link all together. If anyone can help set this up, that would be sooooo great!!! Below is an example of our current website, and our current petfinder page. Below that are some links to some petfinder pages that are using the free petfinder webhosting. www.packerdogslabrescue.comwww.petfinder.org/shelters/WI51.htmlmembers.petfinder.org/~AK17/index.php members.petfinder.org/~PA43/index.html members.petfinder.org/~NM08/index.htm members.petfinder.org/~AL46/ members.petfinder.org/~AR64/index.html members.petfinder.org/~AR94/index.shtml members.petfinder.org/~FL333/index.html I know someone on here knows exactly how to do this stuff and it would take them a fraction of the time it would take me! Did you guys get my e-mails? If not let me know! Hopefully it's not that difficult. I could do it if I knew how to create new pages and stuff, but I just know the simple html stuff Cathy

Hi amyjo....
I have the information from Cathy but I've been on afternoons and to be honest, by the time I get in at 1130pm and after taking Rocky for a walk, I'm whacked and my creative juices are flat.....I've got a couple of more days to go and then I'm off for 5....so for now, I think we're ok.
We can talk more later this week and get a gameplan together if that is ok with you and Cathy....

My e-mail is hinky again...
Hi guys! Okay - I have been noodling with this today - I am having a hard time with the images they are choppy and blurry as I have received them...Do you have the original image b4 it was pasted into a doc that you can send me? Also I am assuming that the colors in you logo are going to kind of be your theme colors throughout the site? Yes? No? I have a ftp program I can for sure send these docs up to the pet finder server no problem...Cathy if you wanna play you can make an html document with word - when it asks you what kind of new document you are making pick web-page...other than that you can make web pages with note pad. You need to save the text file with an htm or html extension and use these tags to open and close your code:
<html> <body>
Your html blah blah here
</body> </html>
