I was at an agility show on Saturday. First we stayed in a hotel on Friday night so we wouldn't have to get up at 3:30am to go. That was an interesting experience with my two dogs, my mom and I tried to get to bed around 9, because we still had to get up at 5:30 and would be busy, but the pool closed a 10 and all the little kids ran by our room causing our dogs to bark so of course we were up a little longer than neccesary, but we ended up with one dog (Sheeba) my dog watching the door all night and Jenny (my mom's dog) sleeping in her bed. Sheeba was too excited to eat, but that was to be expected. We got up drove to the sight a wonderful horse areana the floor was a mixture of sand and clay, both very bountiful in Minnesota ;D there were a few problems of cockle burrs getting stuck on the dogs, but that just made the owners viligint in checking their dogs paws when they went inside. We had gamblers which no q or place, because the dog walk smelled funny, then standard round 1 q and 1st standard round 2 q and 1st and jumpers 1st, the first place was because we were the only 16in JH in novice there, but you have to start somewhere Today is sheeba's birthday she turned 3 so she has had a great weekend we are now 2/3 of the way to our novice standard title. We also had a blast met some new friends talked to old friends and my aunt and cousins got to watch our jumpers run. I will try to get some pictures up soon.

Happy birthday Sheeba and congrats on your 2/3 mark to NA!
That sounds like so much fun, I really, REALLY want to get Ripley into agility, but his poor LP knees just won't allow it. Glad you had a good time, can't wait for pics. ;D

Congratulations! Nothing better than spending a fun day with your dog. And you did well to boot.
Sheeba looks like she could have some Nova Scotia Duck Toller in her.

That is what everybody says, so I am possibly thinking about getting her an ILP so we can do AKC obed and agility, because we only have AKC obed in the area I live in. My trainer really wants me to look into it, I've taken photos of her to send in, but I can't locate the person I purchased her from and I need that information for the application. We absolutley know her mother was a lab, but she wants to herd, so we think she may possible have aussie or bc in her, if you compare the head shots with a aussie there is quite a reseblance. Comparing her to the toller standard she is quite like one, just a bit on the light side, although she is a little on the skinny side.
