Finn stepped on a bee and got stung under his right rear foot. It's in the skin between the pads, in front of the main pad and behind the toes. I pulled the stinger out cleanly, now I'm wondering if I should do anything more.
All the first aid advice seems to apply to allergic reactions, which he isn't having. It isn't swelling, he's able to walk on it, and it really doesn't seem to be fussing him at all. Benedryl and ice don't seem appropriate, as he doesn't show any symptoms that need treating.
I might put some aloe vera on the spot, but other than that I'm inclined just to let it heal naturally. Other than stopping him from licking it, anything I should do?

Poor Finn. I have never dealt with a bee sting on a dog, but if it were me, I would wash it good, put some peroxide and antibiotic cream on it and just watch closely to make sure all is OK.

Two days on and all is good. Watch and wait seems to be working.
