I'm still trying to figure out how much protein I should feed a 50 lb. dog. If she gets 3 oz of gr. beef or chicken, how much kibbles (20%protein) should I give her daily for a balanced diet or should her kibbles be vegetarian? Thanks.

Are you talking about in the beginning until you transition your dog over to completely raw, or are you planning on a diet of raw and kibble? If that is the case, I really don't have any idea, because the idea of rawfeeding is to get away from feeding kibble, which is not *real* food. ;D
If you are talking about transition feeding until your dog will accept a complete rmb's diet, one of the other raw feeder's on this list will have to tell you how they did it, 'cause I just went *cold turkey* with my dogs...started feeding them rmb's and threw out the kibble.
When feeding rmb's you don't have to worry about % of protein. You feed approx. 2% of ideal body weight of your dog a day, in rmb's, so for a 50# dog that would approx. 1# of food per day. If the dog starts losing weight...feed more, if the dog gains weight, feed less. Your *eye* is the best judge on how much to feed, because it depends on your individual dog.
